This project was an exercise in developing cohesive systems. I chose to focus on encouraging recently-graduated professionals living in urban environments to reuse existing furniture instead of wasting money and resources on Ikea or Pottery Barn furniture. The system is composed of a motion piece that offers an introduction into the concept, a detailed little book that describes three basic techniques for restoring old furniture, and an actual chair that I altered to illustrate methods in the book.
